FAQ
The questions owners actually ask.
Straight answers. If yours is not here, ask us directly.
What does an engagement include?
A named team, a monthly close on a published schedule, accounts payable, payroll oversight, reconciliation of third party payments, and reporting built for your pharmacy. Advisory work layers on top of that foundation.
Do you replace my bookkeeper?
Not necessarily. Some owners hand us the whole function. Others keep an in-house bookkeeper for daily work while we own the systems, the close, and the advisory. We will tell you honestly which one fits.
How do you handle DIR fees?
We record fees and clawbacks against the periods that generated them rather than the month they hit the bank, and we track reimbursement per script by payer so you can see which contracts are actually working.
Do you work with compounding pharmacies?
Yes, and it is one of our strongest areas. We build cost accounting per compound, separate compounding from retail in the reporting, and track facility and compliance costs as their own line.
What systems do you connect to?
Finance and operations tools like QuickBooks, Xero, Gusto, Ramp, Bill.com, Keeper, and Fathom, alongside pharmacy systems and networks including PioneerRx, AlignRx, AAP, and Elevate Provider Network.
How does pricing work?
Flat monthly fees based on scope, volume, and number of locations. You see the price before you commit, and it does not move because a month was busy. Advisory projects are quoted separately.
Is Titan a CPA firm?
Titan is not a CPA firm. CPA services provided by LUCA LLC. That relationship means tax filing and attest work are handled by licensed professionals while your day to day accounting and advisory stay with your Titan team.
How does onboarding work?
Roughly thirty to sixty days. We inventory your systems, clean up the chart of accounts, connect data feeds, set the close calendar, and run a parallel month so nothing is dropped in the handoff.
Can you help me buy or sell a pharmacy?
Yes. We handle valuation, quality of earnings, diligence support, deal structure review, and the multi-year cleanup that makes a business survive a buyer's scrutiny.
We are behind on our books. Is that a problem?
It is common and it is fixable. We scope a catch-up project first, get you current, then start the ongoing engagement from a clean baseline.
